My Italian Language Teaching Program follows a carefully structured learning pathway based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). My Course Levels

At Ciao Bella Italian Language School, my courses are structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the internationally recognised standard used to describe language proficiency.

With over 15 years of teaching experience and internationally recognised language teaching qualifications, I have developed a practical, communicative, and engaging approach that helps students build confidence and achieve real progress in Italian.

My courses are carefully organised into levels that reflect learners’ language skills and communicative abilities. Throughout your learning journey, you will develop all key language skills, including:

As students progress through the levels, Italian is used increasingly in the classroom, helping learners become more confident and independent speakers in a natural and supportive environment.

Progression
Through the Levels

My courses follow a structured pathway from beginner to advanced levels. In most cases, it takes two terms or even more to progress to the next level, as completing a single term does not automatically allow you to move to the next level. Advancement depends on several factors, including speaking ability, listening comprehension, written skills, vocabulary development, and grammatical accuracy.

At the end of each term, I carefully assess students’ progress and, in rare cases when students are struggling a lot, recommend the most appropriate level to ensure continued success and confidence in learning.

Lesson Times and Consistency

Once you are assigned a course and time slot, you will attend your lessons at the same time and on the same day each week throughout your studies. You will also progress through the levels with the same group of classmates, creating a consistent and supportive learning environment. Your class schedule will only change in rare cases where there are not enough participants to form a group. This stability helps you build a strong learning routine and enjoy a structured, continuous learning experience.
